Trade Terms
Deliveries
We will specify Delivery schedules and offer a delivery times for all clients.
In the event that delivery times are late, we shall offer explanation and
subject to circumstance, offer redress. See Refunds, Credit and Redress policy,
as detailed in Supply contracts.
Returns
Our ReturnWe offer all clients a Return policy. The terms shall depend on the circumstances, full details of which,
will be offered subject to product, terms and agreement. It is our policy to negotiate favourable terms on
Returns, for each client according to their circumstance and the trade involved.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods maybe returned or credited, subject to prior agreement, made in the course of trade. Breakages,
or unsaleable stock will be included in this offer, subject to approved circumstance.
Settlements
30 Day Settlement - 40% profit - on our Retail Recommended Price [RRP]
Payment on Delivery - 50% profit - on our Retail Recommended Price [RRP]
Minimum Order Size: x 20 packs. Delivered in Cardboard Boxes.
